Pool cost woes and Ozone Generators

I long ago concluded that the Pool Building Industry is a right racket and the final straw for me was when the builder earlier in the thread lied through his teeth about the low cost and when asked to commit to a start date, disappeared forever (presumably because he quoted too low). Thus in the interim I have taken to heart the sage advices dispensed on the forum and I have dug a nice, pretty hole in the garden about 4 meters x 2 meters and to a depth of 2.5 meters. I think I'm deep enough now.
What do I do next?
 
This ozone water purification looks pretty damn interesting, but don't forget to watch out for the caveats; from what I've quickly read through on their site and here, ozone looks like a *much* better solution than chlorination (which I despise, it nails my eyes something horrible) and the element (heh) you need you quite literally get from thin air! But where you lose on the swings you gain on the roundabouts and while you may be saving on not having to shell out on chemicals all the (damn) time, it seems you do have to pay lots more attention to getting your water through the pump (in itself not a bad thing) and your primary input cost now becomes electricity which has its own hassles these days.

Shot for the info, I'm going to go bounce this concept off a coupla people to, heh, test the waters for advisability of going this route.

It is photoshopped - the two photo's, have been taken from exactly the same point in space... "some time apart"... which is quite obviously impossible.

I could half believe the ozone would work, if you want to see a working model of ozone, goto www.oasiswater.co.za they actually use reverse osmosis aswell as Ozone treatment to clean their water...

All that i will be worried about is that the Ozone won't be enough for the pool...
