Poor routing

I am using a Rain 5G modem and for the last two or three days I have had 150ms ping time to a johannesburg server from Stellenbosch. Normally this number is around 35-40, however I believe there is an issue with my rain's routing - any ideas how to fix this?

This was specifically for CS2's Johannesburg server, and my connection to it was fine on my friend's wifi so I know their server is fine and that there is no issue with my game. Issues started around 2 days ago. Anyone else struggling with their routing?

The only way to tell if its routing issue is to run a MTR, I'm betting its the rain connection itself is bad.

I have had the same issue for weeks now , usually when I game online my ping is stable but now I can’t even connect to a discord call without getting super unstable ping , even playing on local servers for cs2 is unplayable cause my ping is unstable with so much packet loss and network jitter, at this point I’m considering switching to an alternative
