POP and SMTP Problems?

Anyone else experiencing POP and SMTP problems today?

I am unable to download any of my mail and have had this problem for most of the day.

iBurst on a LAN with about 10 users at present.

Can send e-mail, but...

Some can download no problem.

Some can't download at all.
