Pop3

I have been battling for the last 2 days to download mail from ananzi mail. The files are about a meg big and it's only every now and again. Does anyone else have this problem? Downloading from iburts seems fine. I also find my "@mailbox.co.za" account slow. Are they shaping pop3 as well? Last week it was fine and a meg mail took about 30 seconds, now it just sits there and stares at me.

Sorry I was wrong, even iburst sucks. Did someone tick some little box on their shaper that they should not have?

no i have just been moving my mail from "other" servers and had no problem all downloaded fast to my HDD.

my mails fine, so i dont know, probably not an ananzi problem though, theyre pretty big

Mweb pop3

I've been trying to pop my mail from my mweb account for the past 2 days, get a massive 0.4kB/s. Phoned the helpdesk and they blamed it on the upstream provider. With that kind of speed, or lack of, i'll never get all my mail down.
