I am trying to port my number from Telkom Mobile to MTN. I was at an MTN store to begin the process and i was informed that i will receive a message from Telkom and should reply to that message and all shall be fine- that the process shall take between 2 and 24hrs. It's more than 24 hours now. Is there a chance that something is wrong on the Telkom's side? Anyone experienced something similar before? Should i report them to someone and if so who? I want this done ASAP as i will be travelling and would like to be roaming when out of the country. Any advice?
