Porting to Cell C - rica problem

They keep telling me the SIM is not registered - BUT IT IS ! I had them double check when I bought it at PeP stores. Seem Cell-C's systems are broken or something...

Ill rather port to Vodacom, as its simply too much trouble with CellC.
 
I am currently trying to port from vodacom to cell c. Bought the sim card, had it RICA'd. Sent the sms, but received no confirmation sms. Instead I keep getting a message stating failed to send. I am at my wits end. Does anyone know the cause of this problem

Please PM us the number you're looking to have ported, and the Rica Serial Number.

Hi.
Bought cell c Sim to port from Mtn to cell C.
Followed all the steps. Been in contact with customer care. Still have not received the 2 sms notifications.
What now?
On day 2 since I sent the sms with serial number.
Fed up now!!

Please PM us the Rica Serial Number of the new sim card and the number you're looking to port in on.

The same thing happened to me. I ended up having to go into a store to get it ported. I don't think the SMS porting works anymore.
