Some forumites do have an unhealthy obsession with post counts, and would probably go completely bonkers if their own post count was invisible.
It would be insightful to first see what happens if post counts are not displayed for a period of say 7 days, before any decision is made collectively by forumites and rpm as to whether or not post counts should be permanently hidden.
I'm personally in favour of not displaying post counts, luckily it's not a decision I can nor would want to make.

I am just wondering if i am considered a post whore but in general it is not just rubbish tk threads posts, no this is not some ego thing.
What is a post whore, 20 posts a day? 15? 40 or 50?

I am tired of this post whore BS, would like some clarity on the issue.
Some of us are immersive, ie we're online permanently (some of us since the very beginning), we have good multi-tasking skills, and enjoy bantering about with pals while crafting.
I've been gardening, took my dog for a walk, cleaned the kitchen, read several news sites and attacked a village in TW, all while being here too![]()
But, there sure would be a heapload of brand new members every time.if there are no post counts being viewed then there would be no whining when it comes to competitions on MyBB.
