Posting a link to document

How can I download a doc. from my computer and then post a link to it to share on a forum?
I have tried a few but they all have adverts and log in stuff.
I want them to click on it and my doc. must open.

Have you tried quickshare.co.za? Not sure if it can do the single click that you want though

+1 ... got the http://www.quickshare.co.za/ and upload your document (10 Mb maximum) then get the link to share in the forum.
