I could afford a 5970 but it's not a wise purchase considering I'm not much of a gamer

Then 2 Gtx460 768MB's should be good if you really want to max out PhysX etc, in the end its all up to you

You need to upgrade it if you want to go SLi, i suggest a good 650Watt and up

In my defence it was before the 460s came out. Was going to get a 5850 then.......

Minimum System Power Requirement (W) 450 W

These specs are for a single card, no info on SLi but it seems to be 600W recommended

Reviews suggest that with two GTX460s they draw ±430W. So add on another 130W for your CPU, and then another 10% for safety. Thats your PSU requirement. And dont forget to have enough amps on the 12V line
