Power adapter replacement

I need a power adapter as mine broke off at the connection to the laptop.

It is a lenovo T500.

Anyone know where I get a replacement in a hurry. (Pretoria)

if it's MADE for the laptop there's no problem.

The universal one's have voltage switches that you can move ''by accident'' like when you put it in the bag. Then you plug your laptop in & it gets fried coz the switch was wrong.

The ones from laptop accessories are not made by the manufacturer but are built with the correct voltage & no switch.

You could just use a glue gun to stick the switch in the correct position. The glue could be removed relatively easily at a later stage if necessary.
