Yip,As long as it has the correct adaptor pin, why not?
The universal one's have voltage switches that you can move ''by accident'' like when you put it in the bag. Then you plug your laptop in & it gets friedcoz the switch was wrong.
The ones from laptop accessories are not made by the manufacturer but are built with the correct voltage & no switch.
