Planned sabotage?

Probably saving diesel. Last weekend they burned a lot. They will need to burn it all on Monday and Tuesday.

I've been in a t-shirt all winter. IR comes on in the evening so there's still no need to change. Have no idea how people are struggling in this weather, Monday will be the first real winter's day...

Not used a heater in 5 years. I mean it gets chilly but not really really cold
 
I just take the chill off early morning, sometimes late evening. But been less and less gas usage every year.

This has nothing to do with elections, if it did they'd have "fixed" the issue. The ANC is now at the point of stealing cause it's close to elections.
