Is that officially so?
Up here there's just lots of peeps being missed with LS, some sort of positive chaos going on.
They are suppose to get load shedding but they don't.

Our town is apparently on 2 different power lines.

According to one of the Ward councillors the one power line is loadshedded remotely by Eskom and the other one which includes the main town area and the other suburbs has to be switched off by physically switching off the supply at the power station. Apparently it has to be done by an Eskom employee according to the councillor and he/she isn't doing it.

I find these excuses hard to believe.
 
What do you guys think - could there be some sort of switch operators' strike going on secretly?
Weird idea, but what else fits this last week's national shed-skipping behaviour?

Only seems to be early morning, will see have 4 to 6 tomorrow
