I have never asked you to believe what the ANC says, look at @Lupus, I am sure he is not an ANC supporter but he is still able to exercise very good judgment that is based on something, not even saying you should believe what the data he posts, but if you don't there should be something you base your assertions on, no? ANC, the masters of this whole circus, are hard-core dishonest.

As for partial and possible apologising, in the English way of doing things it's just meant as being polite :)

What you want the area to smell like your local chippy? I'm sure there are reasons they run the smaller ones with kerosene vs diesel, probably a storage issue + longevity? CCGTs technically could run on anything flammable.
