SA in general, thinking the Karoo if solar else anywhere if coal. But will any company dare do coal these days?
Karoo for solar isn't that great of an idea, distribution
 
Then why is Pretoria not reducing loadshitting?
Ask Eskom :-P as the Tshwane Metro did ask, also wanted to fix them both up to full capacity, but once again Eskom stepped in. Even though these are actually owned by Tshwane.

There is nothing for them to plug into. The application form is sitting on Gweezy's desk for the last 10 years.

I'm quite a bit in the dark there, presumed that as the grid is national they can just hook up to it on route, but I guess not.

DA up there are really truly useless and can't compare to the DA in CoCT.
