I feel like I live in the Cape Flats this is insane. We are caught in a crime tsunami. Nothing since we had a spate of incidents in 2016 and we upped the area security, closed access, etc. Someone has worked out that security batteries are dying because of the extended blackouts we are having, that is my guess.
Ah, a complex. Maybe an inside job type influence.
Nah it's not a complex. We went through the JRA to close roads, etc.
Shared security?
Yeah dedicated CAP patrol vehicles, they also man the access booms.
Just takes one rotten egg. Maybe nothing to do with them, but that's what I would look at first.

Quite a common thing these days that thieves rent out an Air BnB for the weekend and rob the neighbors during their stay. Strict no Air BnB policy where I am.
