I feel like I live in the Cape Flats this is insane. We are caught in a crime tsunami. Nothing since we had a spate of incidents in 2016 and we upped the area security, closed access, etc. Someone has worked out that security batteries are dying because of the extended blackouts we are having, that is my guess.Where the **** do you live?
