Some of us have parallel concerns about the powers we're dealing with but your arguments here really aren't convincing, it's the others that are making sense IMO.

Even abusive governments have legitimate roles to play, and even do some properly.

At night after 10pm sure. During the day it's stage 5 unless it's on a Sunday.

I should know, I live there.

I went for a ride at 8am thinking the power was going off and thats that for 2 hrs...And it didnt...(Eksdom direct)

However we did have a 6 hour session of no power yesterday when there was a whisper of thunder in the distance...Thats becoming more frequent now though...
