No announcement from eskom twitter and esp still shows stage 2, so I am going to take that with a pinch of salt, hopefully it is true but I am still going to plan for my power to be off at 18:00.

Slot from 14:00 - 16:00 went off at 15:00. I don't think even ESKOM knows what's going on.
