I did, but only because in dbn we only have to worry about stage 4. I was just feeling for all the other citizens of this cuntry sitting in limbo waiting on Eskom comms.

What could have possibly changed between 17:30 and 18:00 to stave off 2 stages of blackouts?

It only seems to update the next day, ie, it's always one day behind. Probably so they can "fix" the numbers, because why else couldn't they just make the data feed live.

But Durban has no loadshedding?

I too moved to a new area in Centurion and there is no loadshedding for this area.
