Eskom SM has not been updated yet but according to Fin24 "Load shedding will remain on Stage 2 during evening peak hours over the weekend, Eskom confirmed on Friday morning."

Oh I wouldn't trust that. They are way off a lot of them time.
After years of being in the same block from the 4hr to the 2hr loadshedding schedules, those bastards without any warning just swapped my neighbourhood to another block number. No public announcement of any sort. The only hint this isn't incompetence is that the load shedding times for my neighbourhood is now correlating to the new block times that they have on their load shedding site. And if that site is correct once 24 hr load shedding resumes we can forget about having power at all.

I don't know if I'm over thinking this but when City power worked out these blocks, I would have thought they did it to according to a certain amount of power needed to be load shedded at any time. You'd think moving a whole neighbourhood out to another block would mess those workings out. That the old block wouldn't have enough power going off and the new block would have to much. Oh well I suppose.
I will await for official confirmation from Eishkom.
I'm taking that 22 May announcement as a until further notice that load shedding would be in progress. I'm waiting for the 24hr announcement not the cancellation notice.
