I think they want the municipalities to go bankrupt, as electrical reticulation need to be replaced (blown transformer etc) more often, until the money runs out.

Not sure that's the reason though, won't the IMF just dish out more to them? And why do they assist at all anyway? Only answer that there seems to be is an attempt to own us..

SAT & SUN: stage 2 throughout the day.
