We've got someone at Jo'burg city power doing something weird - yesterday afternoon we were given an extra 2 hours, early this morning another hour added but this time earlier. ???

Anyone elsewhere having this weirdness? Maybe a small breakdown and then repairs, but at 4am??

We had the opposite these past two days. Missed Sunday evening, then Monday morning and evening were only off for about an hour.
