Renewals only work if the source renewal (wind, water, sun etc) is active (eg wind blowing, sun shining etc).

I see this lot due to 3 more breakdowns according to Jan in another thread.

But on the whole main blame now seems to be the unions; can't get rid of those incapable, can't hire those capable.

Got to laugh. Will be back in CT this afternoon to be greeted by loadshedding between 8 and 10.30pm! Just to remind me I'm back in Africa

Lol, the ANC painted itself into between a rock and a hard place, with their labour laws which was designed to protect their voters.

Sometimes a business need to have the ability to fire a person, but nowadays it is now all so tangled up in red tape etc, it is just not worth it.
