If you drive your car year after year, doing only limited maintenance, adding feul that is the lowest quality that you can get, do you expect it to break down more "today" or later when it is getting closer to its "sell by" date.
 
Who is this guy? Who's the "we" he keeps referring to? Where is he based? What Eskom work did he do? What Eskom work is he doing?

We truly are at the tall tales and stories phase where these types of distractions are keeping the population distracted with drama and sensation while the looting and destruction goes on in the background.
 
Actually the same stage 3 & 4 setup we've been having, for the next week apparently.
