Units seem to have come back online, but they just don't seem to want to end the Stage 6.

Must be preparing for the industrial customers to open again next week (tho I thought they were already open going by demand)

How sad are things when we have to hope for Stage 4 :(
Was thinking about the days when we were outraged over stage 2 (tho to be fair, JHB had 4-hour stage slots back then). Was getting a bit teary last night thinking about how far this country has fallen. Feels so **** to have to seek a better life in a different country now :(
Demand has looked about normal to be honest.
It's what I thought as well... Unless it suddenly goes up to 32000 on Monday

Amazing how we have become the frog in the water... we're happy with just lower stages of load shedding...
It's eventually what happens in an abusive relationship. Forget about the good days and just pray for the less bad ones. The whole country must be a ****ing dream sample group for anyone studying Stockholm syndrome and the like

I honestly think they are going "short term pain for long term gain". Basically keep us at stage 6 for as long as is tolerable to do more advanced repairs, rather than putting a band aid on it. At least, I hope that's the case...
