They drop the school pass rate to 15% and then take the money going to schooling to buy diesel and boom diesel and people still passing!

SUN: Stage 4 from midnight until 5am, then stage 2 until 4pm, then stage 4 until midnight.
MON: Stage 4 from midnight until 5am.
