Because it’s a larger area. When you and I have the extended power cuts - it’s normally one suburb or two at most.

With national stage 8 - we will have large areas without power for that long - including a lot of businesses.

A number of the 132kv lines also go down often. Rietvlei as an example and they feed large areas.
