Hi everyone
I have two Mikrotik routerboards that I want to connect via a PPTP connection(both connected to the internet via ADSL). The reason for this is that I have a Radius Manager running on a Linux machine(connected to PPTP Routerboard, via LAN to PPTP server), and I need the Routerboard running the PPTP client to connect to the Linux machine to access the Radius Manager.
I have managed to get the connection up, but I just have a problem of not being able to ping any of the devices on the PPTP Server's LAN:
RB running the PPTP Server:
LAN IP:192.168.1.6(this is the eth1, with the DSL router at 192.168.1.1)
PPTP local address:192.168.1.145
PPTP remote address:192.168.1.146
When I run a ping in winbox on the PPTP client RB, I only get a reply from 192.168.1.6/145/146, not from any other device on that network(such as my Fedora box(192.168.1.5) or the DSL router(192.168.1.1).
What am I missing?
