Mtn DD,

Will mtn ever do away with the stupid fact that you cant load more than one data bundle per month?????.....i have to swop between 3 pre-paid sims so i can manage my data usage????......so much for the better connection!!!!

Cant honestly think why mtn would want to force people to buy more than on sim card.

Probably because a lot of people who use data on their primary number won't buy more than one sim card and then get charged higher out of bundle rates. Or they can't offer something to their prepaid customers that they can't offer to contract customers.

They've recently done this for hybrid contracts:

Maybe a hybrid package like MyChoice 75 Top-up would suit you? As far as I know you pay a fixed amount every month and then top-up using pre-paid bundles.

Well, at least they have pre-paid data bundles:) , see this thread on the Vodacom forum:

Aaah... that explains why I can't upload another data bundle on my MTN prepaid.

I simply can't understand why companies are placing hurdles in the way of people trying to spend good cash with them.

I'm loosing, others are loosing and most of all MTN is loosing.

When will these "other options" be available?

Any idea if the per meg cost will be reduced to compete vir Virgin's rate of 50 cents per Meg?
