Predictive Text not working Android 6.0.1

The Predictive Text is not working on my new (1 month old) Samsung J7 Prime.

Samsung Keyboard is set as Default.
I tried resetting the Keyboard settings and clearing the Personalized Data.

Samsung Keyboard Settings
English(US) Qwerty keyboard
Predictive Text is turned ON.
Auto replace is OFF
Auto check spelling is OFF (I also tried putting it ON)

PLEASE HELP, this is driving me nuts !!
