I am having problems with this modem. The internet dropped 10 - 20 times every day.
If I look under the Premium Combo's status it says PPPoE Connection : cable Disconnected. the I have to wait 10 - 20 minutes before a connection is established.
Why have the modem a firewall - I have to disable it every time the cable is connected otherwise I cannot get to my trading website.
Please help this is going on since I got ADSL with the premium combo 4 weeks now. Telkom says this and that - monitoring but no feedback.
