prepaid data recharge app

Hey guys, does anyone know if there is a way to check balance and recharge data/airtime on a android tablet (ics) with app or some kind of ussd console, I know vodacom has one now but im not going to use them for prepaid looking at cell c.

You can use USSD with all the service providers to check your balance, but obviously the number you use differs from provider to provider.
