Lower rates, and better packages are very nice thank you, but FIRST of all MTN needs to sort out their systems, and "customer service" dept... send all those slackers back to the street corners, and find proper service oriented people, ... or find proper people to fix their system that seems to be (already) headed towards crash & burn.... or is it the "Customer Service Director" who needs a kick in the ghoolies??? There are lots of us who can willingly assist with THAT!
Then they will already have countless happier customers!

If the country really goes into recession, does that imply companies have to lower their prices to keep people spending or up their prices to keep profits high? Since communications are a nessicary resource I guess it will be the latter.
and its good to know that ICASA are working day and night to do something about the interconnect rates... and will leave no stone uncovered, have public meetings and roadshows, that boldly go were no one has gone before
