Presidency refuses crime letters

Like I've said to a few of the ANC loyalists of late, it's early days for Zuma. So many seemed to be jumping up and down shouting "See! we told you so! All you people thought he would be a disaster!"

Damned bloody straight we did!

Eaaaaaaarly days. He hasn't even been at his throne for a year, yet he's fscked up badly enough to prove to everyone he shouldn't be there and sadly, I think it's going to get worse.

it's a common misconception that black people don't have to work hard for their positions in businesses. sometimes(more often?) it is abused, but BEE has helped a lot of people.

from what i read in the newspaper i heard they called it a "publicity stunt", and then there is this:

They duly pushed the wheelbarrows through the parliamentary gates and across the cobbles up to Tuynhuys, through the Tuynhuys gates, right up to the door, to the delight of the photographers, cameramen and journalists covering the event.

i'm in no way excusing the presidency for this or the crime in this country, but i can understand how frustrated people can be when people go out of their way to make creative gestures. i hope somebody actually reads the mail.

yes, even i'm starting to think he is a huge disaster, and i was slightly more optimistic about Zuma. at least i was right about him not evicting farm owners :)

Yet we still hear this:

New land reform laws on the cards for SA: Minister
"We cannot continue to slavishly rely on the principle of willing-buyer willing-seller, as we have done in the last 15 years," he said at the time.

"We will continue to explore new measures that will make (sure) the process is cost efficient within the bounds of the law."

Soooo if i do not want to sell for your price.. they will need to change the law.
