Hi, on 9 Feb 2021 I send bitcoin to another address that's also Luno apparently. The bitcoin still does not show and I was told that I pressed the send button twice and that the bitcoin was then send to a Paxful wallet, because of it. Is this even possible? How can I get that money back if I can't find out who or where it went to?

not that it helps you now, but in future if you are sending from Luno to Luno, ask the other guy/gal's email / cell nr that they registered with Luno and send to that instead
... instant and free of charge
