Prestigio Multipad 7" Ultra Duo HD Tablet

Does anyone have experience with this tablet? My sister is in the market for an entry-level tablet she can use to read ebooks & magazines on. The specs on this seems very good with IPS screen. Would love to hear feedback or suggestions for similar spec tablets.

Her budget is in the R1700 range.

For the price (I paid R1099 at the time), I would say it's an excellent deal.

Cons:
Takes ages to boot up.
Does not quite play HD vids that well, 720p is fine. (but guess the screen is only 600p so no need to try and play 1080p on it)
Hard to find a casing for it.

Pros
All this considered the price for the device :
Good screen
Good features, 3g dongle works first time without any hassles
Good WiFi
Lots of fun
