Now when i read that i would assume they mean that their prices are for the uncapped packages..

But reading their website proves otherwise..

i could not care less really, but what would you think? False Advertising?

I don't think it will go as far as false advertising. I mean if you've got any brains you will know R39 would probably mean unlimited downloads @ 1kbps. They probably meant excluding cap. Its one of those sentences that has multiple possible meanings depending on how you read it, they're pretty safe...
