Problem with Viewing Current SIM Usage

Clicking on “View current SIM usage without logging in” with Ubuntu OS I still have to enter user name and pass word.

Same operation in Mint OS and same Hard Disk don’t have to log in it shows the usage amount.

Can someone help to correct these

Yes I noticed that the other day, and have the same problem. You will have to install and use the MyTelkom app from the app/play store. You can view Onnet balances as a guest there.
