Problems with iBurst this month

I am getting so gatvol, it's not even funny.

99% of the time when I get home (for the last 2 weeks), I can't connect ... (the computer you tried to connect to failed to respond). Then I have to while for a couple of minutes and try again, repeat, rinse.

When I *finally* get to connect the browsing is so slow, it's not even worthwhile going on, even after resetting the modem (which if we got the service we paid for, we wouldn't need to do).

I see all the threads/posts about price changing (which I have been keeping an eye on religiously and hoping in vain) and also about the service quality. I see a lot of hot air from Iburst and frustrations from our side.

Iburst site seems to be working now so I am able to log on to the Iburst site, but now my Bandwith usage are all zero'd:confused: Contract is still extended to August 2037.

Any feedback on that Static IP for WoW?

Uhh, I dont know if this is happening with anyone else, but on the bandwidth measuring page its tuning me this:

Since iburst started "upgrading"(more like downgrading) my iCall service has stopped working. Phoned the support line, and as per usual call center style... Sorry sir, we don't see any problem on our system, so the problem must be with your equipment. Although my hardware is 10000% in working order. Works to this very day with any other SIP provider except iCall(iburst). Go figure.

Goodbye iburst/icall I will be finding myself a new service provider. My equipment works... yours obviously doesn't.
 
Uh... currently cant go to standard bank internet banking or mybb. Using vodacom to post this!
 
I'm getting really worried (Shaun please comment to guarantee that I am not going to be billed incorrectly), lately my cap is showing negative amount remaining, this is making me worry that PPU has been enabled on my account without my authorisation (I opted out of PPU on my application form and I have a scanned copy of this form if I need to prove it). I really, really and really hope I don't get charged R 2000 or more at the end of this month for PPU when I opted out!

What is actually going on, my bandwidth usage is all over the place everyday, I can't keep track anymore..... When will it all be resolved Shaun?!?!
 
Uh... another day of no internet banking or mybb on Iburst. Still using 3g to post here
 
In any 1st world country this kind of service would be unacceptable. I guess in South Africa we have become used to poor service and non-existent SLA's. We should not accept this.

@ iBurst..... what is being done about not being able to access .ac.za sites? I desperately need to download assignments etc. I have to connect using my vodacom gprs connection.. takes forever to download a single pdf file...and there are a few.. its going for day 5 now .. there are a number of other students too.. and we don't have access to other internet option at the moment..
