Problems with IS

Anyone else having problems with IS at the moment? On my Openweb-Local 30GB account I can auth as normal, but I can't resolve any IP's. Both SAIX accounts are working fine so the problem isn't with my router or my line.

Yes, same here, everything is basically dead, luckily I have a saix account aswell :)
 
Just downloaded C And C update at 300K constant..
 
I lost all connectivity for about 2 hours, but seems back up. Amusingly my IS accounts would authenticate, but I could not access anything, while my SAIX accounts refused to authenticate at all. Weird.
 
If I try a tracert I generally get:

Unable to resolve target system name openweb.co.za.

Though occasionally it will work:

No problems when I use my SAIX account at all. This make sense to anyone? When I phone Openweb support tomorrow I'd like to be able to explain things a little better than just to say, "my account is all...squicky."

My SAIX account has been dodgy the whole day, but until about 15 minutes ago, it was fair, it is however below par at the moment, which means it's bed time for me ;) :D :p
