it dosent connect on my pc, heard other people on iburst were having the same problem so never bothered to try get it to work...actually download steam again today but still no luck.

Tried it last night, IT WORKED!!!! I cannot believe that I got HL2 installed, configured and updated in about 15 mins on a capped account!!!!

The band meter is broken for me that is i can play cs source fine 60-90 ping and im capped. Only very light lag, but the same as when i am uncapped .. wtf..

Also i was still downloading @ 80kb for about 700mb's after i did 3GB's wtf..
