- As a Product Manager at Liberty, you will be involved in leading cross-functional teams to own and co-create user-centric digital products to deliver business impact
- You would be a core member of the Liberty digital unit with end-to-end responsibility for decisions and outcomes related to one or more digital products, with a mission to shape and implement products that transform customer, advisors and employee experiences alike
- You will play an important role leading agile teams to develop solutions to address meaningful business problems and opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of strong experience owning and delivering digital products
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., underwriting, marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology etc.)
- Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as expert understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
- Languages: English required
Responsibilities
- Support Head of Products in collecting ideas and setting priorities for prototyping and development
- Own the creation and prioritisation of the product backlog for specific digital products
- Shape and own the product road-map and vision
- Lead cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders
- Help product teams deliver products that deliver rapid and regular business value for Liberty
- Oversee initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts in coordination with all teams
