We have a web based e-commerce (sort of) project we want developed and are currently looking for professional web developers. If you are such a developer or have experience with a certain web development house, please post the information here, so that we can check them out.
Portfolios and real world examples (live websites / clients) are especially important, we'd like to get a feel of what style and capabilies potential developers possess.
I'm also specifically posting here because personal experience is the best way to tell if a company is proficient at what they do, we've been browsing through plenty of web sites of developers, and many of them look supperb, but how do we know whether this is the exception or the standard we can expect?
I'm also curious to find out who's percieved as the industry leaders in SA by those in the industry.
