Program that can send me download stats from another computer far far away?

Are there any programs out there can send me hourly download statistics for a computer connected at another branch etc

I'm using networx at the moment to monitor bandwidth, I also would like to setup something at home to send my usage stats every hour to my work pc either by email or instant message?
