you need specs ? i didnt ask for pricing, just wanted to know what you 'think' is good and bad nutrients ? dont avoid the questions with stupid comments.

I'll save both you and me some precious time. Here's a forum where you will get the answers you seek: t-nation (dot) com and you might even find me there;)

how did you retrieve this info Nivek? what exactly am i looking at? under admin it lists Mr Piperakis, Manoli as the person but what exactly does that tell you?

Its been well know for ages that USN manufacture Biogen for Dischem as dischem sells Biogen as their own product. That why if you ever work as a supplement rep at a dischem you normally have to push their product as hard as yours.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your posts. I have heard that according to a report in the journal Clinical Pharmacy, a protein overload can cause stomach trouble, dehydration, gout, and calcium loss, as well as damage to the liver and kidneys. There's no clear-cut line between safe and dangerous amounts, but experts agree on this: Whether you're a writer or a weight lifter, it's better to get your protein from a balanced diet than from a supplement.

lol, I put this link up ages ago, and I decided to come back and check if there's something wortwile reading considering the original intent of the topic lol...anycase...I found some pretty useful prices since then. Check out www.springbokpharmacy.co.za they have some wicked specials on sometimes. USN 2kg whey for example they charge R300 bucks where as dischem sells for R360.

Also, checkout supplements SA's website. Their SSN BCAA's are the cheapes buck for gram I could find anywhere.

Ok wait,

a 4 page thread and you still didn't realize USN is crap

There is no hope :o

the springbok pharmacy link never seems to work for me...

...imo, i would rather make my own protein shakes (with powermilk, peanutbutter ect) than waste my cash on usn products

I would rather eat tree bark than use USN stuff....some of their products may work(probably due to the AS trace elements..LOL:) ) but the vast majority of the stuff they sell is KARK.

Good Prices and reliable delivery...

If your looking for a quality protein that's not too expensive... Try SSN or Evox

Stay away from USN...that's all I have to say...

Personally i'm a MuscleTech fan but it costs a arm and a leg...

At the end of the day...what you put in is what you get out..."DON'T GO CHEAP!"

Why is exov or ssn any better than USN i mean what has USN done wrong exactly?

If you have to ask that question in the first place then I have nothing to add;)
Actually I will say this...the money they spend on their supplements goes to the outside of the bottle instead of the INSIDE :)

I will not touch their supplements with a 20 foot pole!
