Protesters burn down Mpumalanga mall

Always an excuse ne.

How do you do it then? Call for a state of emergency and suspend the constitution? Even then , it would still need to get approval from other branches of government.

Thanks, your post has really put me on the straight path.

So no backup of your brilliant ideas to fix the country? You don't see how short sighted and impractical your ideas are?

I've been part(worked for) of a company that had CR onboard as a BEE partner. I don't think he is any different to any of the others. He will rape and pillage the country, and then back out. Like he did with us. Having his turn at the trough he is.

How much was his shareholding seeing that he had this much influence?

The ANC definitely does not have a single proper leader. Bunch of fcking low life scum. Fckall morals, lets rather sit back and watch the country burn to secure a few votes than do the right thing. Even Mbeki cant stand up and say something. FFS this is getting out of hand. Its like no one who can actually do something cares, its just another day in SA

Not even FF+ has that leader I'm afraid.

Not everything needs the constitution to change. Bringing back the Commando system does not need to change the constitution. Same with privatizing eskom, getting the military off their buts as well etc.
You can still do the same as Cyril is doing and say this is the intent. Surely everyone involved will see the value as its for the greater good of SA and will allow the change?. This destruction of good & property and murdering is not helping anyone. Putting murders in jail is also not helping anyone (they MURDERED someone and now we have to pay for his prison accommodation for 25 years). We have a population problem, We don't have enough schools, jobs or infrastructure for everyone.
I am no politician, But i cannot believe nothing can be done.

hahahahaha so funny. i love seeing them burn down everything.
They must keep burning and destroying. Preferably at a faster rate. Bring on the famine and non existent infrastructure.

I grow tired of seeing a once prosperous country slowly degrade into just another african country. Let it burn already.

Never said they do.
I still believe Lekota is a good leader. Besides for dismantling the Commando's.

Again just showing how short-sighted you are. Lekota was minister of defence during the arms deal mess. Just because someone is making the right noises now, should not make you forget their true colours. Suppose you think Pravin is also a great guy. This after we bailed out SAA again :D.

What has he done to earn that status in your opinion? He used to be a minister in the ANC's government and has done nothing worth noting in his leadership either as premier of the Free State or Min of Defence.

Well he is passionate about South Africa, He always speaks his mind and mostly I agree with his stances. He does not only see black and white as our current government and wants a prosperous South Africa for all.

Just a guess, but I presume because of the current noises he is making about land theft and also the noises he made when the anc/eff were using race politics.

Yes, just as your supercilious responses shows your character.

Apologies. Not my intent. But have you given serious thought to your ideas and their ramifications and practicality? Surely a police state where nobody has civil rights is not the solution. Where only the rich dodge the death penalty and the poor we kill? Where we force woman to abort? You call me supercilious because I point out the obvious flaws in your ideas?

Dude, I dont mind you pointing out my flaws, It was rather the way...but no worries, I am not a politician, I'm just passionate about South Africa and I don't want to see it going backwards as it is.
And I never said we should live in a police state, but we need to do something. Laws has to be come more strict to discourage people from committing the crimes. As it stands nothing is being done. Buildings are being burnt down, buildings & infrastructure damaged. Busses and trains burnt. And I feel they are doing this because they don't respect the law or our police and feel they are getting away with it.
If people do go on strike it needs to be peaceful, absolutely no exception.
You asked how does criminals have more rights, well for one, If someone breaks into my house I am not allowed to shoot at him. I'm supposed to ask him politely to leave, Only if he attacks me am I allowed to retaliate. If I shoot him or kill him (believe me when someone is in your house, you don't think clearly) without him attacking me. Then all of the sudden i'm guilty. This is not right. It gives the perception I can break into a house without not really having much repercussions.
Your other question was deploying military to do police work. The Police seems to be scared, who else can we deploy?. If not the Military then the Police needs to up their game. But as far as I know, they have to follow the exact same rules we do. They are also basically powerless against a mob.
The last thing was the Conception question, No I don't want to force abortion :p. But possibly penalties or no more grants after the 1st kid?, I don't know. The problem is the population is to big and its increasing at a rapid rate. As it stands we don't have enough schools or hospitals, the unemployment rate is 27%, not to mention the housing issue. The only real solution that i can think off is bringing in a law to discourage having loads of kids as its not helping with our current situation.

Edit.
And no, I did not give it serious thought. It was a "spar of the moment response" after reading the OP.
