I think he is referring me, I guess my sarcasm is not really obvious, because it is also the truth. I actually did criticize the government, for allowing a system of "economic freedom by protest" to flourish.

Where's the water reticulation infrastructure? Stolen? Or the funds for the implementation stolen? Was it one of the VBS municipalities?

And if they interfere with the dams operation by shutting valves with no education in math and science, they may soon have no dam nor downstream villages left.
