PS3(old tv)

Yeh apologies, it is yellow and white. Says audio in and audio out, video in and video out. Apologies Lara as well :O
Still no picture, so wil have to try and reset via the other tv to composite and then see what happens. I must admit, I have only used HDMI, but I scratched this old tv out of the garage so my son can use it in his room, while I use the other tv.so no idea either if the cables are in working condition either

If Yellow and white, plug yellow into yellow and white into white. It's a mono TV.

Haha, that's the same connector as the ps1/2 uses, Sony never changed it.

Press and hold the power/reset button your PS3 for a couple seconds till you hear 3 beeps. Fter that it will detect that you are no longer using hdmi.

Would I have to plug in back into the other tv, and then go to settings and change from hdmi to these cable connections?

Yes you do OP. I've not encountered this myself before but i've heard that's what you need to do.
