PS3 - Thinking of buying

No. It means that Xbox 360 games are = to PC games in terms of availability and playability. Thus buying a PS3 is more so justifiable.
 
Not worth it lol just get new ones much better gameplay and quality wise
 
Why not own all 3 consoles

I have an xbox 360 - actually had 5 already, always selling to get the latest model but keep the hard drive with my gaming items on e.g. achievements, profile etc.

Now ive settled with the beautiful 250Gb slim halo edition and am content that this xbox will be right next to my tv for yrs to come. I mean its so pretty with the special Halo décor, nice sounds, pretty controllers and then there is so much going right for the xbox right now, I cant see how a true gamer cannot want to experience Gears of War, fable, halo, alan wake, and so many more COD on xbox multiplayer, the exclusive arcade games – I mean Magic the gathering is uber cool, trials HD etc. even formula 1 has come to the xbox!

Now finally after how may yrs, I will be buying a PS3 to add to my collection and to enjoy the exclusives for sure...loved GOW 1 on the PS2 and am gonna need a PS3 for doign a triple HD GOW marathon, then MGS4, then uncharted 1 and 2, LBP etc.

I say, budget and buy em all –they all so beautiful to have in the living room, tv room and do provide hrs of entertainment. Each console will bring its own joys and only if u have them all will you experience complete gaming heaven.

Just for info – 250GB PS3 are selling for R3500 at CNA and ToysRUs as they preparing for the 320 GB. I say, these bundles, yes bundles at R3500 are very worth it but am wondering at what price the 320 gb model is coming to South Africa. Could be pretty well priced!

Is that 250gig from CNA a bundle? If so which games come with it? All I want is a MGS4 + PS3 bundle :(
 
I have both and the PS3 is a definite YES for its exclusives .... think God of War, HEavy Rain, Ratchet and Klank, etc
 
Hmm yeah like I said, theres nothing that interests me on Xbox anymore. Only about 3 of the xbox games I have really enjoyed. That being Forza 3, GoW 2 and Graw 1.

On the other hand if I look at the PS3 section which I can't wait to play, theres:

Mgs4 - My most wanted :p
Motorstorm 1 & 2
GT5
God of War 3
Killzone 2
Resistance 1 & 2
Heavy Rain
Infamous
Uncharted 2.. probably 1 too.

This is only mentioning the exclusives that i'm interested in. Waiting for the end of the month now :(

You'll have to (better) to play God of war 1&2 as well. And then Resistance had been an awesome series. Truly excellent.

Iv'e already played god of war 1 & 2 :) Epic games. I want resistance badly though :p
 
Firstly: I'm a 360 fanboy. But you should get a PS3, it really is a good console and the exclusives line up is pretty good and bluray.... the bluray makes it worth it if you got an HD tv > 30 inches. Best game on PS3 hands down MGS4.
