PS4 specs already out?

I am glad to see that the ps4 is already set to be a failure.

Thats highly unlikely. Even the PS3 with all its problems are still making them a ton of money and hardly a failure. The PS4 specs have hardly even been put on paper - how can you says its a failure?

when once exclusives like final fantasy and teken are being developed for the xbox be assured the ps3 is a failure, perhaps not to sony, but certainly to developers and you will begin to see a huge slow down in ps3 sales due to global economic conditions. So ofcourse sony is making money (or are they selling the ps3 at below cost)... but are ps3 developers making money?

and WTF do i need blue ray for when I can use Tversity on my pc to stream HD content to my console... wow i can even stream TV to my xbox using windows media centre.

ps3 is a reduntant, expensive blue ray player that just so happens to have a handful of games.

Cost vs Cost Sony has managed to sucker you... and other ps3 owners into believing that what you have bought is worth the money - if so why are they rushing to build the ps4?

All the next gen consoles will have some sort off motion control.

It'll probably be optional. Like imagine if the wii came with a wiimote AND a gamecube controller in the box.

Both Sony and Microsoft aren't gonna sit back and not do anything about the wiis gazillions of sales.

They'll go where the money is. End of story.

Knowing MS, if there is another console that has Bluray it will follow the same HD DVD route that they did on the 360 - Optional devices (more money)

No no and no to both of you.

The next Xbox will probably have at minimum a BD drive as standard for a ton of obvious reasons. You can't take comments out of context (unless you're trying to start rumours )

BD is unnecessary now considering the limits of current processors/gfx cards, so it's irrelevant for this generation of console more so that both HD-DVD and BD were equally strong 3 years choosing one or the other for a devices that was being designed for cost cutting was just a no no.

BD is now a (sort of) standard, the next gen consoles will be sporting 4-8Gb of RAM, so that extra space can actually be put to use. By the time the next gen arrive BD drives will cost the same as DVD drives, or have been replaced with something cheaper.

My expectation for all the consoles next gen is BD+, 8Gb RAM, No HDD - but they'll have 32Gb+ flash on board.

The only peeps getting worked up are those peeps justifying why their redundant R6000 console is better then my uber cool and successful R3000 console.

and trust me - the moment their is a usb blue ray drive out there that is cheaper then R500 I am sure i will get one and plug it to my uber cool and successful R3000 console.

i would also feel obliged to defend myself if i fell for sony marketing and let sony shaft me with their big corporate oily winky in my bum hole.

I'm glad for you, glad that you have such a great time with your uber cool console, but at the same time i'm also sad for you not being able to see the potential and fun you can also have with a PS3.

According to them, any form of HD storage will become redundant in a few years time. We moving towards online sales and rentals. But I suppose domestic use would be fine if you would want to back up your movies or games.
